We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or arrive in less than perfect condition. Our exchanges and returns policy is designed to be fair, straightforward, and hassle-free, giving you confidence when shopping with us.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by our shipping carrier tracking information.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. This includes all tags, labels, and any protective materials that came with the product. Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Initiating a return is simple and straightforward:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at assistanceconnect@stanleylynch.com with your order number and reason for return. This helps us process your request efficiently and improve our products and services.

Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions within 24 to 48 hours.

Step 3: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. This inspection typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note that refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item for a different design or product, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

For exchanges of different values, we will either charge the difference to your original payment method or refund the difference if the new item costs less. Exchange shipping within the domestic United States is complimentary for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and inspecting every item before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

When reporting damage, please include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. This helps us improve our packaging standards and process your claim quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

- Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
- Items without original packaging or missing components
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards and promotional items

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer preference or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

For returns due to our error, defective products, or damage during shipping, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred when returning items. We recommend using standard international shipping with tracking, as express shipping costs for returns are not reimbursable.

Please mark the package as "Returned Goods" on customs declarations to avoid additional duties. We are not responsible for items held in customs or for any customs charges incurred on returned items.
